What brings you peace? Where can you find it? We look for peace in many ways. Some seek it in drugs and alcohol. Others in isolation. Peace is always with you. It is inside of you waiting for you to simply immerse and invite it. If you are unsure that this is true, I invite you to simply stop, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Release your cares, worries, and burdens for a moment. Relax your body. Focus on your breath. Peace is there.
