We need other people. Yes, we do. Connection is such a huge part of our emotional stability. We are social creatures. Social can mean a simple conversation via electronic and energetic means. It can be enough. While the physical connection is also a vital part of our stability, we can ‘fill up’ with this when we are able to come together once again. Hugs, handshakes, and air kisses put us in each other’s energetic spaces so we can ‘feel’ the other person more fully. Bide your time. Do what you can now. The rest will come.

What will your day bring your way? In whatever way you can connect with someone, do it. Keep your connection strong. Encourage and support yourself by lifting others. You are loved.
