Watch your step! Move through your day in conscious awareness of where you put your feet. Every step is movement in a determined direction. Which way are you going? Are you balanced as you move? With each step you are moving with grace, moving in pain, or moving off-kilter. Give your awareness to each step and move effortlessly through your day.

What will your day bring your way? Usually, we need a reason to move. Most of us will not move unless we are compelled to do so. What is your reason? What compels you to move? Be deliberate with your movements. Every step is precious. It will support you or be the reason for your fall. Make it count!
