Trust that all things will be well. It is a message that comes up consistently. It activates a deep knowing and a feeling of assuredness that allows you to be at peace. Over the past few months, I have had evidence that all things are and will be well. Helpers are everywhere! Magic happens spontaneously. Embrace the unseen, unknown, and look for the evidence in your own life.

What will your day bring your way? You will find whatever you look to find. Look for evidence of wellbeing in your life. Trust that it is there and will always be there for you. Answers can be found to all of your needs and you will always find provision in your willingness to let go of control and trust. Much love to you!

Nurture yourself. Nurture others. We are in so much need of caring and nurturing right now. What will your day bring your way? Make it part

Feel all the Feels

Feel all the feels. Let them really sink in. Scream if you must. Cry all your tears. Let them all go – your doubts and your fears. In all of this mess, you will need to breathe. Give yourself room to let in some peace. Look at yourself in the clear light of grace and laugh.
