There is time enough for everything. We all have the same 168 hours in every week. Most of this we tend to use on unnecessary distractions and trivia. It’s a human thing. Rather than beat yourself up, identify your distractions and minimize your trivia. When you identify all of this, you can choose to mitigate it and maximize the time you have for those things that are most important to you.
What will your day bring your way? We have tools at our disposal to help us. There are timers, like the Pomodoro timer, that will notify us of when our time is up for a task so we can switch to something else. There are online journals, like Penzu, that will help you coalesce your thoughts, your content, and your learnings. There are ways to maximize your resources and minimize the wear and tear on your body and your attention. Find and use what you need to help you and make your time profitable and productive for you.
