Spread your wings and fly! When we do this, we have done the hard work needed to provide lift. We have made certain our runway is clear and we have very little baggage. We generate our own lift until we can harness the winds to carry us. What does this all mean? It means that we have laid the groundwork and generate our lift through lifting others. When we take off, we leave a lot behind. We create chaos around us. We only take with us what we need for our travels. People, places, and things cannot go with us as we do this journey alone. If people want to go with us, they must learn to fly themselves. Clear your runway of any debris and detritus before you begin. Let go of your doubts and fears. Release your expectations and judgements or they will keep you grounded.

What will your day bring your way? Lift others and generate the lift you need. When we lift others, we learn more about ourselves than we can imagine. We discover humility, grace, and compassion. We break open our hearts and uncover our humanity. Be willing to leave behind what no longer serves you. Declutter. Recognize your self-sabotage and create tools to utilize it in more positive ways: turn it into self-devotion. You can do this and when you do, you will fly!
