Soften your edges. Make them a little fuzzy and comfortable. Allow for some wiggle room. Let others be who they are without judgment or reservation. You are safe. They are safe. All is well. Give yourself a little time out from all the hustle and bustle, the stress and chaos, and just breathe. The world will keep turning.

What will your day bring your way? There is no need for frustration or overwhelm. When you feel either emotion approaching, ask ‘What else can I feel or do or be in this moment? OR ‘What am I able to do differently?’ Perhaps this will mean asking someone else for help. Be willing to receive. Invite what you need.

Feel all the Feels

Feel all the feels. Let them really sink in. Scream if you must. Cry all your tears. Let them all go – your doubts and your fears. In all of this mess, you will need to breathe. Give yourself room to let in some peace. Look at yourself in the clear light of grace and laugh.
