There used to be a time when people worked in the daylight hours and slept when the sun went down. Over time, we have lost our willingness to rest well. We have placed productivity over health. Find a better flow. Let nature inform you.

What will your day bring your way? Nature will show you when it is time to surge forward and when it is time to hibernate. Nature will provide you with a bounty of nourishment and beauty, if you allow it. Get back to nature.
