Finding your feet as things change? There’s a lot of that going around. Change seems to have picked up a pace and yet the days seem to drag. When it seems like everything and nothing is shifting, give yourself permission to take some time out to breathe and relax. Go for a walk or take a nap. Take a shower and be sure you drink water to help clear and ground you.
What will your day bring your way? Once you’ve taken some time out, return to your tasks or projects with purpose and a newfound sense of doing the next thing to move forward. Focus on one thing at a time and be flexible. If you need some time out, take it. It will do your mind, body, and soul good.
