Bring all of you to bear in every moment. It’s amazing what difference even one second can make! Athletes know that they have to continue through the finish line. Most will see the finish line and begin to ‘let up’ on their effort as they approach. If you want to win, you must continue with your effort until after you are through the finish line, then you can ‘let up’ and relax. One second can make a difference to the result. Every second counts!

What will your day bring your way? Encourage and motivate yourself to keep going. Persevere. Each day will bring new challenges, new opportunities for growth and development. Each day brings with is 86,400 seconds for you to utilize and decide what your result will be. Greet each day with eagerness and enthusiasm and those seconds will be filled with adventure and possibility. Make them count!
